#1 First go to this website WhatsTheirIP.

#2 Then fill the information whatever they ask you can use the fake information. 

#3 Type your E-mail address, and click on the get link button.

you can use the disposal email for that if you don't want to use your own real Email ID.

#4 after click on that GET LINK button you will redirect to another page and where you will find 4 links.

#5 copy any out of 4 link and sent it to anyone whose you want to know IP and GEOLOCATION , [anyone may be friend/enemies] when they open that link, his IP and GEOLOCATION send it to your Email ID.

#6 To see her/his IP and GEOLOCAITON, open your registered email and check the spam section of your E-mail.
